California Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 28, 2026
Wolfpack Marketing, LLC maintains this California Privacy Policy to provide the disclosures described in the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA). We provide these disclosures for transparency to our California clients and visitors.
This page supplements our Privacy Policy. Read them together.
Categories of Personal Information We Collect
In the past 12 months, we have collected the following categories of personal information:
- Identifiers. Name, business name, email address, phone number, and website address, in every case only when you give them to us on a form, by phone, or by email.
- Commercial information. Services inquired about, proposals issued, and work performed.
- Professional information. Job title and company, where you provide it.
- Internet or network activity. Pages viewed on our website, how long you stayed, the referring website or campaign, browser and device type, and analytics identifiers stored in your browser.
- Approximate location. A country derived from your IP address, and city-level or regional information derived by Google Analytics.
We do not collect precise geolocation from your browser. We do not collect sensitive personal information as California law defines it, and we do not collect Social Security numbers, driver's license numbers, financial account numbers, health information, or biometric data through this website.
Apart from the internet activity and analytics identifiers described above, we collect personal information only when you choose to give it to us.
Sources of Personal Information
We collect personal information directly from you when you fill out a form on our website, call us, text us, or email us. We collect internet activity information automatically through our analytics providers when you visit the site. The embedded content providers described in our Privacy Policy receive your IP address as a technical necessity of delivering their content to your browser.
Why We Collect It
We use personal information to respond to inquiries, prepare proposals, deliver marketing services, invoice and collect payment, communicate with you about your engagement, understand and improve our website, and keep the records our business and contracts require.
Selling and Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We have not sold personal information in the past 12 months.
We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We have not shared personal information for that purpose in the past 12 months.
We do not have actual knowledge of selling or sharing the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.
Disclosures to Service Providers
We disclose personal information to service providers for business purposes only, under contracts or published terms that require them to use it solely to perform services for us. Those categories are:
- Website hosting and content delivery
- Form delivery and email
- Website analytics
- Embedded content providers
- Accounting and invoicing
Our first-party analytics provider is contractually bound as a service provider under the CCPA. It is prohibited from selling or sharing the information, from retaining or using it for any purpose other than providing analytics to us, and from combining it with information it receives from other sources.
Our Role as a Service Provider to Clients
When we deliver marketing services, we process personal information on behalf of our clients. In those engagements the client is the business and Wolfpack acts as a service provider under the CCPA. We use that information only to perform the services the client has instructed, we do not sell or share it, we do not retain or use it for any purpose beyond the contract, and we do not combine it across clients.
If you are a customer of one of our clients, direct your privacy requests to that business. They control your information. We will assist them in responding.
Global Privacy Control
If your browser or a browser extension sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. Because we do not sell or share personal information, no further action is required, but we honor the signal.
Your California Rights
If you are a California resident, you have the right to:
- Know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose about you
- Request a copy of the specific pieces of personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate personal information
- Request deletion of your personal information
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information
- Limit the use of sensitive personal information
- Not be treated differently for exercising any of these rights
We do not sell or share personal information, and we do not collect sensitive personal information, so the opt-out and limitation rights do not currently apply to anything we hold. The remaining rights apply in full.
How to Exercise Your Rights
Contact us by phone at (661) 525-0792 or by email at info@wolfpack-advertising.com. Put "California Privacy Request" in the subject line so we route it correctly.
We will confirm receipt within 10 business days and respond within 45 calendar days. If we need more time, we will tell you why and take no more than an additional 45 days.
Before we act on a request to know, correct, or delete, we need to verify that you are the person the information belongs to. We do that by matching the information in your request against what we already hold, such as the email address or phone number on your inquiry or client file. We will not ask you for more information than we need to verify you.
An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf. We will ask the agent for written permission signed by you, and we may still ask you to verify your own identity directly.
Non-Discrimination
We will not deny you service, charge you a different price, or provide you a different level of quality because you exercised a privacy right. We do not offer financial incentives in exchange for personal information.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this California Privacy Policy as our business or the law changes. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
