Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 28, 2026
Wolfpack Marketing, LLC ("Wolfpack," "we," "us," or "our") maintains this Privacy Policy to explain how we handle information when you visit wolfpackmarketingca.com, contact us, or engage our services.
Information You Provide
When you submit a form, request a strategy call, call us, or email us, we collect what you give us. That typically includes your name, business name, email address, phone number, your website address, and whatever you tell us about your marketing goals.
We ask only for what we need to scope the work and follow up.
Information Collected Automatically
We use two analytics services on this website.
Google Analytics 4 tells us which pages visitors read, which channels bring them here, and which pages lead to contact requests. It sets cookies in your browser and shares information with Google, whose handling of it is governed by Google's own privacy policy. Google Analytics is configured with IP anonymization.
A first-party analytics service records page views, how long you stay, the referring website or campaign, and general device and browser type. It does not set cookies. It stores a randomly generated visitor identifier in your browser's own local storage. Your IP address is not stored by it. It reads your IP only long enough to determine which country a visit came from, and no city, street, or precise location is collected. That provider is bound as a service provider under California law and is prohibited from selling or sharing the information or using it for any purpose other than providing analytics to us.
What you type is not read by our analytics. We record that a form was submitted and the names of the fields on it, never the contents.
Third-Party Content on This Website
Some sections of this website are supplied by Elfsight, SL, C. de la Constitució 17, AD700 Escaldes-Engordany, Andorra. When one of those sections loads, your browser connects to Elfsight's servers, which makes your IP address and browser details visible to them. Their handling of that information is governed by their privacy policy at elfsight.com/privacy-policy.
Those sections set one cookie, elfsight_viewed_recently. It lasts 15 seconds and exists only to avoid counting the same visitor twice. It is not used for advertising and it does not follow you to other websites.
How We Use Your Information
- Respond to inquiries and schedule strategy calls
- Prepare proposals and scopes of work
- Deliver the services you engage us for
- Invoice and collect payment
- Send occasional updates, if you have asked to receive them
- Understand how this website performs and improve it
- Keep the records our business and our contracts require
Phone Calls, Text Messages, and Email
When you give us your phone number on a form, you are asking us to contact you about that inquiry. We may call, text, or email you about it. Message and data rates may apply.
You can ask us to stop at any time. Reply STOP to a text, tell us on a call, or email the address below. We do not sell or rent your phone number or email address to anyone.
Information Sharing
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
We share information only with the service providers who make our business run, and only so they can perform work for us:
- Website hosting and content delivery
- Form delivery and email
- Website analytics
- Embedded content providers
- Accounting and invoicing
These providers are bound by contract or by their published terms to use your information only to provide services to us. We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or where it is necessary to establish or defend our legal rights.
Client Data We Handle on Behalf of Others
Separately from this website, we process personal information belonging to our clients' customers as part of delivering marketing services. This can include analytics data from client websites, advertising audience data, and contact records.
In those engagements our client is the business or controller and Wolfpack is a service provider or processor. We use that information only to perform the services our client has instructed, we do not sell or share it, and we do not use it for our own purposes or combine it across clients. Those obligations are set out in our client agreements.
If you are a customer of one of our clients and have a question about your information, contact that business directly. They control it. We will assist them in responding to you.
Cookies, Local Storage, and Your Controls
This website does not use advertising or retargeting cookies. Cookies are set by Google Analytics and by the embedded content sections described above. Our first-party analytics uses your browser's local storage rather than cookies, which means clearing cookies alone will not remove it.
To remove both:
- Chrome, Edge, Brave: Settings, Privacy and security, Third-party cookies, See all site data and permissions, find wolfpackmarketingca.com, Delete
- Safari: Settings, Privacy, Manage Website Data, find the site, Remove

You can opt out of Google Analytics across all websites using Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Browsing in a private or incognito window prevents these identifiers from persisting after you close the window.
Global Privacy Control. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. We do not sell or share personal information, so there is nothing further for us to act on, but we honor the signal.
Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse, including encrypted connections across the entire website and access controls on the accounts and platforms we administer. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
How Long We Keep Information
We keep inquiries and client records for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet our legal, tax, and contractual obligations. Analytics information is retained according to each provider's default retention period. If you ask us to delete your information and we are not required by law or by a client contract to keep it, we will delete it.
Children's Privacy
This website is directed to businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Your Choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, and you can opt out of marketing messages at any time. Contact us using the information below.
California residents have additional rights, described in our California Privacy Policy.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as our business or the law changes. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be posted here.
